Eligibility requirements

  • Non-EEA nationality; applying to a participating full-time programme.
  • Meet the institution’s requirements and do not already hold a Dutch institution degree.

How to apply, step by step

  1. Confirm the current application cycle

    Open the official sources, then verify the intake, eligible degree, citizenship or residence rules, and every deadline.

  2. Choose the correct route

    Find a participating institution and eligible master’s.

  3. Prepare and submit

    Check the institution’s scholarship criteria and apply through its process.

  4. Complete selection and admission

    Confirm the funding decision and budget for the remaining tuition and living costs.

  5. Check the final submission

    Confirm every attachment and referee submission was received. Save the application receipt and monitor the official portal and your email.

  6. Review the written offer

    Confirm tuition, stipend, insurance, travel, duration, renewal rules and any conditions before accepting.
