Eligibility requirements

- Non-EEA nationality; applying to a participating full-time programme.
- Meet the institution’s requirements and do not already hold a Dutch institution degree.
How to apply, step by step
- Confirm the current application cycle
Open the official sources, then verify the intake, eligible degree, citizenship or residence rules, and every deadline.
- Choose the correct route
Find a participating institution and eligible master’s.
- Prepare and submit
Check the institution’s scholarship criteria and apply through its process.
- Complete selection and admission
Confirm the funding decision and budget for the remaining tuition and living costs.
- Check the final submission
Confirm every attachment and referee submission was received. Save the application receipt and monitor the official portal and your email.
- Review the written offer
Confirm tuition, stipend, insurance, travel, duration, renewal rules and any conditions before accepting.
